not able to access in headless without UI based AWS ec2 linux instance

I am not able to open codex in AWS EC2 ubuntu

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I ssh to my AWS ec2 instances and at the linux shell. I typed codex and they give two options. subscrition and API. I choose subscription. tI will get you one url. I copy and paste to my Crome ,
one I to proper login and it asked for allows to access the codex. once done it open one url but then its not able to open that url . it shows something like localhost:1445 but it failed.

What is the expected behavior?

I should able to login in command
