Update wizard not updating codex properly

What version of Codex is running?

codex-cli 0.47.0

What subscription do you have?

Pro

Which model were you using?

What platform is your computer?

Darwin Mac 25.0.0 arm

What issue are you seeing?

Everytime that I run codex I got

Then after select Update now option I got this output

while codex --version gives me

codex --version
codex-cli 0.47.0

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Run codex on version 0.47.0
Select Update now

What is the expected behavior?

It should update to version 0.48.0
