Codex CLI is not rereading agents.md after auto /compact

What issue are you seeing?

If codex auto compacts at 10% context window it doesn't reread the agents.md file which leads to the fact that it doesn't know the project and what to do at all most of times and just creates a mess.
I added clear instructions in the agents.md file what to do what to read etc. etc. so this is imho a must have after /compact.
