Claude Code loads the MCP reactively, as I mentioned — it doesn’t wait for the entire load process at startup. As you can see now, you have to increase the timeout, though it’s unclear how long it should be.
This bug is very stale at this point. I'm going to close it out.
Same issues with v0.98.0 @etraut-openai
