Pasting multi-line text no longer works in Codex CLI. The confirmation UI appears, but when you accept the dialog (by clicking "Paste"), nothing gets pasted.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Multi-line content gets pasted into the line where you type, as it normally worked in previous versions.
