What issue are you seeing?

It would be great to have the ability to set a custom title for a Codex chat — for example, a short summary (~100 characters) instead of displaying the first message. This would make it much easier to navigate between multiple conversations.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Start a new conversation, it will use the first user's message as title of the chat in the chat list.

What is the expected behavior?

Same as in Web-based ChatGPT
