What issue are you seeing?

During the task work, I am getting this error more frequently lately. I tried to click return to the message list and go back to the session which errored and still see it. The only way to go back is to close and reopen VS Code.

I don't know where to get logs from, so it may help you to debug.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

This is random, which makes it hard to reproduce.
