Startup Graphic banner for "CODEX"

What feature would you like to see?

I have been working on a startup banner graphic for the codex cli, similar to what we have seen for Gemini and Claude Code. I have already created the graphic on my forked branch so that once I receive an approval I can directly create a PR.

Feature is not connected to other functionality it should not be a change with the capability to mess with the functioning of the tool.
