What issue are you seeing?

Hello, using my Pro+ Copilot plan in VS Code Insiders, I always get the error: Connection failed: error sending request for url (http://localhost:57608//responses) every time I interact with the Codex chat. Thank you in advance for any help.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just try to write in Codex chat, and it does 5 retries then triggers the error.

What is the expected behavior?

The chat should work as expected and not fail.
