remove `10;rgb:cccc/cccc/cccc11;rgb:1818/1818/1818` from my prompts

What issue are you seeing?

If I install v0.42.0 and type codex everything works fine, I'm inside codex cli and can write my prompts.
If I install anything later (e.g. v0.53.0 is the latest as of this writing) and type codex, the string 10;rgb:cccc/cccc/cccc11;rgb:1818/1818/1818 is pasted, and the text cursor goes at the end. This happens in vscode in the remote server but not locally. It's annoying because if I don't remove it, it becomes part of the prompt

What steps can reproduce the bug?

run codex on my remote server terminal. This happens both inside vscode and on a simple ssh connection.
