TUI apperance configuration to hide startup tips, session header and replace/hide placeholder title

What feature would you like to see?

I want to go from this:

on startup.
(The -c flags are of course just to show the options, config as usual will do better).

I already have a PR for this but it was closed since new features are not accepted without community approval. So hi community.
