What issue are you seeing?

I submitted a prompt and codex took it, went to its first user response step of saying Working (10m ...) . It kept counting up; after 10 minutes I used ctrl + c to exit the evaluation early, using the up arrow key to try resubmitting the same prompt. Got the same 10+ minute hang result.

What is the expected behavior?
