Whenever I try to used codex, with every prompt, it is unable to connect.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

It tries first working, after a couple of seconds says Re-connecting... 1/5 (7s • esc to interrupt)... and after Re-connecting... 5/5 (35s • esc to interrupt says
