Same. 0.55 is botched/not working for me either.
Same, resets the response right in the middle.
Same, I’m using the Windsurf Codex extension. It shows “Failed” right after sending the prompt or sometimes halfway through a response. It never really starts processing, it just fails during the response or thinking phase.

We had a temporary service outage that affected codex. Should be working again now. Let us know if you're still seeing a problem.
