Usage limits appear to be the inverse of the actual use in the VSCode extension.
CLI (actual usage):

Extension:

Not sure if this is causing the failures happening now or unrelated.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- /status in CLI (after populating data)
- Viewing usage limits UI in VSCode extension
