Same here. Started happening a few hours ago. It was working fine before.

Same here, I've just subscribed 5 minutes ago for Codex and I'm feeling like I'm being scammed already.
I think this is literally the first degraded performance I've seen. Codex is a beast. You won't be disappointed.
