Copy icon not showing but still functionaly

What issue are you seeing?

UI bug - the copy icon for code blocks is no longer showing up however appears to still be functional. Mouseover hover shows the "Copy" text, but the icon is not there.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Have the VS Code extension produce a code block in the output. Hover over the top right corner where the copy icon is expected.

What is the expected behavior?

Copy icon shows up
