No copy button in code snippet previews in VSCode using default dark mode

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Ask codex to generate a git clone command, wait for an answer with instructions, point the cursor in the top right corner of the code snippet.
What is the expected behavior?
Copy icon is visible and distinguishable by another contrasting color even without pointing the cursor on it.
Additional information
Discovered that there is a hidden button somewhere out there by chance, not really an intuitive UI for me.

I don't think that button is actually rendered by Codex. I'm not sure where it's coming from.
@gpeal don't really want to argue there, but it's your VSCode extension there, so there aren't any other options where this icon comes from.
You can reproduce that with a clean env on linux or macOS same way it's done on Windows or WSL. The issue is still there and unresolved.

@gpeal, the "Copy" element in the screenshot is a tooltip, not a button. It appears if you hover over the copy button.
The actual copy button is not distinguishable from its background. I confirmed this is the case with both dark and light themes. This appears to be a styling bug. I'm going to reopen.

Looks to me like fixed as of today on VSCode extension v0.4.38
