Copy button not distinguishable in VSCode code snippet preview

What issue are you seeing?

No copy button in code snippet previews in VSCode using default dark mode

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Ask codex to generate a git clone command, wait for an answer with instructions, point the cursor in the top right corner of the code snippet.

What is the expected behavior?

Copy icon is visible and distinguishable by another contrasting color even without pointing the cursor on it.

Additional information

Discovered that there is a hidden button somewhere out there by chance, not really an intuitive UI for me.
