Only Plus and Pro were granted $200 in credits. Teams received nothing.
I've used codex-web a LOT and use codex-web ONLY with my Teams account, despite having currently 4 subscriptions 3 Plus, 1 Teams.
I feel left out.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open codex-web, see no credits because you're using a Teams subscription.
