Can't quit CLI at login menu

When I start codex & in the process of sign in, I cant quit. I try CTRL + C few times doesn't work, Pres ESC several times doesn't work. I think it should have 3rd option for quit/cancel.

Also I cant copy paste the link, this is because of codex animation, making select text is hard.

I s this a bug? I attach the screehshot
