What issue are you seeing?
I started the current usage window on November 3. Today (November 9) it says the weekly limit resets on November 12.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Use codex CLI, weekly usage limit does not reset properly.
What is the expected behavior?
Weekly limit should reset periodically every 7 days.
