Allow configuration of keybindings

What feature would you like to see?

I'd like to be able to configure keybindings for codex in the config.toml, particularly I'd like to alter the default keybinding of entering a new line from alt+enter to shift+enter to match other agent inputs like chatgpt.com or cursor. I find I very frequently send partial messages in codex.
