Approval Mode and network access issue

What issue are you seeing?

When I set the Approval Mode to Full Access, the status shows:

Approval: never
Sandbox: danger-full-access.

When I try to let Codex access the network, it tells me that it cannot access the network because it’s not authorized.
However, without making any configuration changes, when I tell it “I’ve lifted the restriction, you can access the network now,” it suddenly can access the network again.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

After changing the Approval Mode to Full Access, it occasionally happens that when I let Codex access the network in a long prompt, this issue occurs about six or seven times out of ten.

What is the expected behavior?

After I change the Approval Mode to Full Access, it should automatically have network access instead of needing my reminder.
