Caret doesn't move with the space character when typing into the prompt

What version of Codex is running?

What subscription do you have?

company Codex account (Business tier, I believe)

Which model were you using?

any of 'em

What platform is your computer?

Linux 6.8.0-87-generic x86_64 x86_64, GNome shell (Ubuntu 22.04), b/c that's probably relevant for IDE

What issue are you seeing?

Caret doesn't move when I type in spaces, but does seem to advance correctly on word characters.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Install any JetBrains IDE (e.g., PyCharm community) on Ubuntu 22.04, try to use codex in the terminal of the IDE, try typing anything with spaces

What is the expected behavior?

Um, spaces should advance the caret, like any other characters
