In the VS Code extension, the @ auto-completion menu highlight is not visible in light themes.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open the VS Code extension.
- Start adding context by typing
@and a few letters to open the menu.
What is the expected behavior?
Seeing a distinguishable highlight.

The original issue is fixed (by closing this, I guess), but now a strange shadow appears only if you move the mouse over all the options and hover on the ‘Add image’ item. If you move the mouse out of the menu and then back directly to ‘Add image’, the shadow does not appear. (See the screenshot and screen recording.)
