Cannot log into Codex with ChatGPT Account when using Github Codespaces

Login into the Codex plugin with my ChatGPT Account always redirects back to a localhost address, which makes the codex plugin unusable when running on Github Codespaces (or any other Cloud Development Environment)

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Launch Github Codespace
Try to log in to Codex with ChatGPT Account

What is the expected behavior?

Login should work
