Annoying "thinking" text effect

The “Thinking” text animation are kinda annoying, makes the text hard to read, and serve no purpose, other than looking fancy. I would suggest to replace it for something more lowkey.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Let the model “think” for a few seconds. The flickering effect becomes immediately visible.
What is the expected behavior?
A simple, stable indicator (e.g., a standard ASCII spinner) without flashing characters. For exmaple, ora.

We've added a new
TUI.animationconfig option that allows all animations to be disabled. This will be available in the next release of the CLI (0.62.0).
