Codex Extension will not / almost never completes a single prompt on new update

Gpt Codex Low - high 5.1

What platform is your computer?

WIndows, using wsl for extensiuon

What issue are you seeing?

Lack of ability yo even do one task. It will think for upwards of hours and not complete the task at all or even do anything. Requires me to reload many times or even downgrade back to before 5.1 release. A problem, that took 40 seconds on the old release 0.5.39 , but when upgraded to any of the 5.1 versions that came out it will think for hours and not work. no error nothing.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

To replicate i just had to use latest version and do any task that uses your codebase. I.e. code, add folder xyz

What is the expected behavior?

It will think for ages or go through some steps but not complete, but on the 1% chance it completes it wont even do the task.
