What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. I open an internal Terminal inside JetBrains WebStorm
2. I enter codex
3. I click on the link www.openai.com/index/gpt-5-1 inside the changelog about GPT 5.1

What is the expected behavior?

The link opens in the browser.
