What issue are you seeing?

Hi for some reason when i open my session i use git bash, i immediately switch it to full approval i give the model a task it analysis and when i ask it to execute it says its in read only mode.. i tell it its fine it can write and it proceeds but its just an annoying bug the meta data when approve mode isn't propagating correctly in the meta data.
