What version of Codex is running?
codex-cli 0.59.0-alpha.1
What subscription do you have?
Enterprise
Which model were you using?
gpt-5.1-codex medium
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 24.6.0 arm64 arm
What issue are you seeing?
My ~/.codex/AGENTS.md file suggests using a small command line function for listing skills.<skills>Start every session by running skills list --show and following the instructions present there.</skills>
This command takes less than a second to run, but when I start a new Codex session it spends more than 1 minute doing "Identifying required skills"
