What issue are you seeing?

5.1 is forgetful, unstructured and not following instructions very well. It gets lost in anything but the simplest actions.

There is no option to use gpt-5 or gpt-5-codex in the CLI.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

"Bug"? I think this was meant to be a feature, to be more personable, but for coding, I don't want a personable, but silly assistant.

What is the expected behavior?

1. Ability to reset to gpt-5-codex high
2. Eventually restoring the focused, determined behaviour that was observed with gpt-5-codex to a new version (or perhaps system prompt adjustments)
