What issue are you seeing?
Since 11/15 repeated "stream disconnected before completion: failed to parse ErrorResponse: invalid type: null, expected struct Error" errors with both GPT 5 and 5.1. Seemed to start at time of 5.1 rollout. Codex with o3 is unaffected.
