Codex constantly getting stuck while writing text files

What issue are you seeing?

I asked codex to create a writeup to give to another AI to analyze the current structure with this prompt:
"give me an entire writedown how our current project works. horus in general our pyd file just everything we access
and create a "writedown.txt" for it. it should be able to explain all important details to a outstander ai to
understand what we are doin.
you have full read and write access"
It then proceeded to run correctly reading all files, and then got stuck on it for the first time, approximately 1 hour, retried, and got stuck again.
