Same, MacOS 26.0.1

Same, MacOS 26.1, Codex 0.60.1, all models affected. First shows Reconnecting..., then this is the failure message.

Thanks for the bug report. We're aware of the issue and are actively investigating. Closing this in favor of #6925, which we're using to track this issue.

As a temporary workaround, disable the web search tool.
