What issue are you seeing?

Resuming codex sessions after a WSL crash seems to be missing a large chunk of the chat history, seems to go back to the first message or last compaction. Not sure if its jsut a display bug or the history is actually missing.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Kill WSL mid codex session.
Resume the codex session.
See that a lot of the chat history is missing.

What is the expected behavior?

Should be able to see the history upto where it was before crash, this used to be the case in a previous codex version (not sure how long ago, havent had any crashes in a while)
