Pasting text with new lines in Windows triggers Enter

What issue are you seeing?

When i paste long text on WSL it acts properly, however same text in Windows triggers enter and the model starts running so it's impossible to paste content from console without triggering run.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Paste large text into Codex
2. See that it runs without expecting enter

What is the expected behavior?

Wait for enter.

Additional information

I am copying and pasting spectre console output from PowerShell into CLI. Maybe there is something special about that
