Change the CLI quit command to CTRL-C + CTRL-C

What feature would you like to see?

The other CLI interface tools prompt you whether you like to quit when you press CTRL-C, and prompt to press CTRL-C again within a short period of time to actually quit. Codex quits immediately on the first press and when you sometimes are attempting to copy text and misclick and accidentally exit it can be frustrating. Please change the exit command to requiring confirmation
