This annoying error keeps hindering my progress in coding. I'm already paying money via API credits but still this stupid error keeps bothering my coding experience.

I'm considering to switch to Claude Code which has better user experience than seeing thousands of this stupid error!

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Literally any task you ask the codex cli to do, after sometime starts throwing 1000s of these errors stupidly for anything. Usually starts when context reaches around 52% or less
