Sweeping light effect is annoying

I really like cli for its minimalist aesthetics.

But one thing annoys me. There is a sweeping light effect over the text when agent is "running".

It looks cool, however in longer session it is actually pretty annoying and distracting. Would it be possible to have a config option to disable it?

Alternatively, you may consider implementing a small spinner perhaps that's less distracting.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

run cli and ask agent do something

What is the expected behavior?

less distracting, more contained notification for the "running" or "thinking" state
