What issue are you seeing?
was working on a task, got to a point where it was getting ready to do something else adn then just hung up and wasnt working. Interrupted the conversation, tried to prompt a reply, codex will not respond.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

Fresh terminal window, fresh chat, doesnt fix anything. Model still will not reply or engage.
Looks like a duplicate of #7156 .
As of the latest update. codex no longer works. doesnt respond anymore.
Rolled back, dont think its version related, I just think the workers are dead, its not taking on any tasks.
The service is down in some geographies. The team is working on it. Closing in favor of https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/7156.
