What issue are you seeing?

Codex stopped working this morning in the middle of a task. Now it doesn't respond to anything. If I just prompt it with "hello" it will get stuck on "Working" with no response. I tried restarting as well as logging out and back in and that hasn't fixed it.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
