Yeah, feels like this issue is back. It says fully recovered as of 10ish minutes ago, but it feels like it just broke again 10ish minutes go.

Actually, it just seems really really really slow and kind of spotty. I think whatever triggered the all clear is maybe just settling? Something like that?
I had about an hour window of "not broken" but back to "broken most of the time" for me (though, not all the time). Anecdotally, it seems the longer a request takes the more and more likely that it "breaks" (stops making any kind of forward progress). Small requests are typically completing, but if I ask something that spans a lot of files and is going to take several minutes it's hanging 100% of the time for me currently.
At the time that I write this, all messages just hang. Thank you.
It seems like it is only the cli that is not working properly, web codex is working fine
