Where are you running Codex? What's your setup? The Codex environment looks like it has no real path associated with the running process.

I am running the code in Pycharm. Default settings. Approval Mode = Agent (full access).
After the last update, I turned on enable_experimental_windows_sandbox = True and this problem appeared. I then disabled it, but it didn't help, I reinstalled codex completely, but it didn't help. Currently, enable_experimental_windows_sandbox = false
The usual ctr+r cmd console has the same problem.

019ab2f9-18a9-7270-8ce5-96b460a9e05f. I am running in a Docker container, but had no issues with 0.59.0.I fixed this by explicitly installing zsh in my Docker container.
