WSL TUI: Is there a setting to control the default command timeout period?

What is the issue?

Starting today, even with full approval, all my commands time out after exactly 10 seconds unless I specify a timeout_ms parameter afterwards. This is very frustrating, as I rely on running multi-minute long tasks. I checked config.toml, as well as the OpenAI CLI documentation, but cannot find any mention of this timeout feature even existing. I don't think it's a bug, but is there a way to adjust this amount?
