Just encountered the same problem after updating it to 0.64.0.

However, downgrading to 0.63.0 works for me, without any configuration change.

@itechbear, the "Reconnecting" message is very general — it simply means that there was an error of some sort that the harness is retrying. That means there's a good chance that the problem you're encountering is unrelated to the one in this bug report. Please use the /feedback slash command to upload the session where this is occurring and create a new bug with the thread ID. Include any other details like non-default configuration settings that you're using.
