@dlukt, I appreciate you submitting bug reports and feature requests, but please keep your posts civil.
facing similar issue, PR review burns through them so disproportionately . Purchased $40 usd of credits, vanishes on PR review credits.

Also, separately codex was triggering errors when attempting to "Update Branch" and the button wouldn't change state, although it ended up creating x4 pull requests further consuming credits.
