Nix flakes in root directory

Right now the flakes.nix which is for the typescript implementation is in the root directory and not in codex-cli. Since all the code is now moved to codex-cli shouldn't this also be to the codex-cli directory?
If this is of interest I can do this and also setup flakes for rust implementation in directory codex-rs
