Codex refuses to start a new task inside existing context

What issue are you seeing?

I started working on a big feature and instructed Codex to implement the first step. We iterated on it for a while and after it was done, I asked it to implement the second task. It continuously summarized the result of the first task and asked me if it should proceed with the second, even though I responded "yes" multiple times.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
