Does the problem persist, or was this a one-time occurrence?

If it persists, is it fixed by logging out and logging back in?

Are you logged in with ChatGPT or an API Key?

Check this: go to codex → codex settings → open config.toml. Make sure config.toml is clean; this may solve the problem.
